Educational Targets:
Math:
Students will be finishing up the unit with 7.10 on problem solving using fractions and line plots (12.5).
Science/ Social Studies:
We have started a new unit on living organisms where students will be investigating live mealworms, pill bugs, and sow bugs this week.
Language Arts:
Their reading comprehension skill this week is making generalizations as we read the story, The Kapok Tree. The grammar skill is irregular verbs and they will be finishing their final copy in order to publish their fantasy story in a book.
